RAMAPO, N.Y. – The race for Ramapo, N.Y.’s supervisor grew heated as incumbent Democrat Christopher St. Lawrence faced off in a debate on Sunday at the Jewish Community Center against GOP and Preserve Ramapo challenger Michael Parietti, lohud.com reports.
St. Lawrence has been supervisor since 2000, and was challenged by Parietti in 2014. In 2013, the FBI raided town hall, taking paper documents and computer hard drives. No charges or reports have been filed to date, the article said..
