Good Samaritan Hospital's Project SEARCH is a business-led transition program designed for students with disabilities in their final year of school. It is targeted for students whose main goal is employment and who will benefit from career exploration.

The cornerstone of the one school-year program is immersion into Good Samaritan Hospital.

The students learn employability and job skills while participating in a variety of worksite rotations. Individualized job development and placement occur based on the students' experiences, strengths and skills.

Students are given support with accommodations, adaptations and on-the-job coaching.

The program is at Good Samaritan Hospital, 255 Lafayette Ave., Suffern.
