Man Accused Of Having Sex With Boys Under Age 17 In Area Pleads Guilty A Fairfield County man charged with unwanted sexual offenses against two teenage boys and offering to give them drugs and alcohol in exchange for sex, pleaded guilty Friday. Richard Spring, 51, of New Fairfield, pleaded guilty before Judge Peter Forman, to two counts of criminal sex act with a victim less than 17 in Dutchess County, confirmed Dutchess County Senior Assistant District Attorney Joelle Morabito-Cruz.
