Details Emerge After Five Caught In Raid Of Area Fentanyl, Heroin Mill New details have emerged after five people were busted during a raid of a fentanyl and heroin factory in Westchester early Friday. The arrests took place around 10:30 a.m. Friday at a home on Euclid Avenue in Ardsley, said Drug Enforcement Administration spokeswoman Erin Mulvey.
