New Update: ID Released For Woman Found Dead On Fishkill Golf Course New York State Police have identified a woman who was found dead on a golf course in the region. Earlier report: Woman's Body Found On Fishkill Golf Course Orange County resident Jaqueline L. Wanted Man Caught As Cops Investigate Shots Fired In Area A 23-year-old man was arrested after police responded to a report of gunfire in the area. Christopher Barbot, of Ulster County, was arrested in Orange County by the City of Newburgh Police around 12:39 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 11, after officers responded to William Street for a report of shots fired, said Det. Sgt. Joseph Rutigliano. According to Rutigliano, when officers arrived on the scene, they didn't find a victim; however, with the help of the state police, they were able to locate six spent shell casing with two vehicles that sustained damage from gunfire.
