Suspects On Run After Hudson Valley CVS 'Strong Arm' Robbery Four suspects are on the run after allegedly pulling off a Christmas Day "strong arm" robbery at a Hudson Valley CVS store. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 11:15 a.m., Monday, Dec. 25, at the CVS located at 2503 South Road (Route 9) in the town of Poughkeepsie. According to Lt. Craig O’Connor of the town of Poughkeepsie Police, two men placed $294.28 worth of beer and laundry detergent in a shopping car and began to leave the store with the cart without paying for the merchandise.
