Area Man Sentenced For Distributing Heroin A Fairfield County man will spend nearly three years behind bars after an investigation into a heroin distribution ring in Danbury. John Durham, the United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut announced that Danbury resident Jose Gregory “Yoshi” Charon, 32, has been sentenced to 30 years in state prison, which will be followed by four years of supervised release, for distributing heroin.
