Cops Receiving Little Help In Two Area Shootings Which Injured One, Police Say Police are receiving little information or help in connection with two shootings that left a man shot at least three times. The shooting was discovered around 10:30 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 5 in the city of Poughkeepsie after police received a call reporting a gunshot victim at 325 Church St., said City of Poughkeepsie Police Det. Lt. Matt Clark.  Responding officers found an 18-year-old City of Poughkeepsie resident with gunshot wounds to his buttocks, upper thigh, and calf.  He was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
