Missing Horse Reunited With Owner In Putnam Valley

PUTNAM VALLEY, N.Y. -- A woman and her horse were reunited Wednesday when the animal turned up after several days on the lam, according to News 12.

Trooper the horse went missing during a ride on Monday but was found Wednesday by Leonard Ciccone of Putnam Valley, according to News 12, which reported that the horse's owners received numerous tips about the missing animal through Facebook.

By Wednesday afternoon, Trooper had been reunited with his owner, Diane Nathan of Putnam Valley, according to News 12, which reported that the animal was healthy and unharmed from his time in the elements.
