Services Scheduled For Woman Struck, Killed By Toyota Tundra After Exiting Stopped BMW Services have been scheduled for the lifelong area resident who was struck and killed by a full-size truck after exiting her stopped vehicle on a stretch of Route 82 in Dutchess County earlier this month. Hope Ann McLucas was 54. The incident occurred around 9:15 p.m. on Friday, June 7 in the Town of Washington. An initial investigation found a white 2006 BMW 325 was parked southbound on Route 82 near South Road in the center of her lane of travel with her vehicle flashers on, state police said.
