State Judge Asks For Meeting On Edgemont Becoming A Village, 2nd Lawsuit A state judge handling the Town of Greenburgh's litigation with Edgemont residents over their desire to create a new village has called for a meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 13. State Judge Orders Greenburgh To Hold Vote On Edgemont Becoming A Village After his unopposed re-election as Greenburgh Supervisor in November, Paul Feiner vowed to work with Edgewood residents if they succeeded in securing a referendum to incorporate their section of the town into a separate village. On Thursday, Feb. 1, a state judge sided with those residents and ordered that the town hold a special vote within 45 days.
