Paul Milo has worked as a reporter in northern New Jersey for more than 20 years, first for North Jersey Media Group / NorthJersey.com, then at Patch.com and at NJ.com / The Star-Ledger. He has written about a 106-year-old World War I veteran, the Sept. 11 attacks and a 15-year-old stock manipulator who was the youngest person ever civilly charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission, among many other stories. He has interviewed governors, presidential candidates and celebrities including Ryan Seacrest and comedian Kevin Hart.

In addition to his work for New Jersey-based outlets, he has also written for BeliefNet, Editor and Publisher, The Huffington Post, The Boston Globe and other publications, as well as freelance assignments for global chemical company BASF.

His first book, Your Flying Car Awaits, was published by HarperCollins in 2010. As part of the book’s promotional efforts he was interviewed by The New York Times and on WNYC radio’s The Brian Lehrer Show

Winning $50K Lottery Ticket Sold In Linden A Linden convenience store sold a winning Powerball ticket good for a third-tier, $50,000 prize for the Wednesday drawing, lottery officials said.  The ticket, which matched four of five white balls and the Powerball, was purchased at Quick Buy, 1108 West St. George Ave.  The winning numbers for the drawing were: 19, 22, 52, 56 and 67. The Red Power Ball number was 21. The Multiplier number was 02.  The Powerball jackpot rolls to $150,000,000 for the next drawing to be held Saturday at 10:59 p.m.
