Charles Joseph Breitenbach, 85, Of Yorktown Heights
YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Charles Joseph Breitenbach, of Yorktown Heights, died on Monday, July 20. He was 85.
Breitenbach was born on July 22, 1929 in the Bronx to Karl and Eva Breitenbach.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, five children; Karl and his wife Caroline, Frank, Robert and his wife Dominique, John and his wife Cathy, Lisa and her husband Bill, 12 grandchildren and his sister, Elsie.
Visiting hours will be on Thursday at the Yorktown Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Lawrence Itri, 59, Of Mount Vernon
MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. – Lawrence Itri, of Mount Vernon, died on Monday, July 19. He was 59.
Itri was born in Mount Vernon on April 17, 1956, to Thomas and Helen Itri.
Itri is survived by his children, Lawrence and Sara, brothers Thomas and Billy, sister Nancy, and stepbrother Gus Shikarides.
Visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Yannantuono Burr Davis Sharpe Funeral Home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church.
Yolanda Bambara, 86, Of White Plains
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.. – Yolanda Bambara, of White Plains, died on Sunday, July 19. She was 86.
Bambara was born in Mount Vernon on April 5, 1929, to Augustine and Concetta Nigro.
She worked in the family business, the Nigro Brothers Construction Company.
Bambara is survived by her brother Joseph Nigro and sister Linda Nigro.
She was predeceased by her husband Michael Bambara, two sisters, Mary Nigro and Eleanor Nullett, and three brothers John, Peter and August Nigro.
Visiting hours will be at the Yannantuono Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5 to 9 p.m.

James Coviello, 72, Of New Rochelle
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – James Coviello, of New Rochelle, died on Friday, July 17. He was 72.
Coviello was born on Nov. 29, 1942, to James and Josephine Gerardi Coviello.
He graduated from Fordham College, served in the Army Reserve, worked for Coca-Cola as a salesman and owned and operated Jimbo's Restaurant and Bar.
Coviello is survived by his wife, Beverly, daughters Tracy and Lindsey, brothers Thomas and Robert, and three grandchildren, Anna, Robert, and Madison.

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Steven John Chirogianis, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died on Sunday, July 19. He was 81.
Chirogianis was born on May 2, 1934, in Salonika, Greece, to John and Zoe Chirogianis, becoming an architect who owned his own business for more than 50 years.
He is survived by his wife Carole Ann, son Jason and his wife Adina, daughter Kristina Dunn and her husband Edward, and six grandchildren, Grady, Lila, Ellie, Chloe, Michael and Charlie.

VALHALLA, N.Y. – Mildred A. Panny, of Valhalla, died on July 19. She was 87.
Panny was born on July 26, 1927 in Albany.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of New Rochelle and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from the State University of New York at Oneonta, eventually becoming a teacher and the principal of the Institute for Applied Human Dynamics.
