Man Accused Of Crashing At Westchester Gas Station While On Drugs A 27-year-old man faces felony charges after crashing at a Northern Westchester gas station while allegedly under the influence of drugs, police said. Kathy Hochul has declared a state of emergency and mobilized rescue teams.
