After months of delays, a section of Route 100 over the Muscoot Reservoir in Westchester County is officially back open to traffic. Somers Town Supervisor Robert Scorrano announced Friday, Feb. 20, that the roadway has reopened following the completion of a major culvert replacement project between Route 35 and Moseman Avenue. A late-night crash on the Newburgh-Beacon Bridge left one car overturned and another spun into oncoming traffic, fire officials said.
