Court 16, a New York City-based boutique indoor tennis and pickleball club, signed a lease for a new 16,500-square-foot indoor facility at the Ridge Hill shopping center in Yonkers, the club announced this week. Mugshot Released: Suspected NJ Drunk Driver Who Killed NHL Star, Brother
The mugshot was released for the Woodstown man accused of driving drunk, killing an NHL star and his brother. The Salem County Correctional Facility released the mugshot of 43-year-old Sean Higgins to Newsweek. Higgins was charged with two counts of death by auto in the Thursday, Aug. 29 crash that killed Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau. Johnny, 31, played for the Columbus Blue Jackets and the Calgary Flames. A high school basketball coach in Connecticut who won big on the floor lost off it after serving a suspension for running up the score on his team's opponent. In New Haven County, the girl's basketball team at the Sacred Heart Academy in Hamden made headlines this week after wiping the floor with Wallingford’s Lyman High School in a resounding 92-4 beatdown. A student at Mahopac High School has been disciplined following an investigation into alleged racist behavior during a lacrosse game against New Rochelle last month. Police Presence Requested At Northern Westchester HS Lacrosse Game
Police in North Castle were recently called to Byram Hills High School in Armonk after a trio of parents were allegedly heckling referees at a lacrosse game. According to a North Castle police report released on Thursday, on May 5, Byram Hills High School Athletic Director Rob Castagna requested an officer for police presence at the press box for the conclusion of a lacrosse game as a precaution.
