Troopers in Tolland County saw a Chevrolet Equinox traveling south at a high rate of speed in the area of Storrs Road and Moulton Road in Mansfield at about 4 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 4, Connecticut State Police reported. Robert William Lipsky died at the Sunrise of Crestwood Assisted Living Facility in Yonkers on Tuesday, Nov. 29, according to his obituary. He was age 93. He was born in Tarrytown and graduated from Irvington High School.
