A 75-year-old man is facing child pornography charges after being busted by State Police. New York State Police investigators in Dutchess County from the Rhinebeck barrack arrested LaGrange resident David Hoffman on Friday, June 4, following an investigation into reports that he possessed child porn. A man who was arrested for violating a court-mandated Order of Protection last year in the Hudson Valley is wanted by New York State Police. Joseph Hankerson is wanted by State Police in Poughkeepsie and the Town of Lagrange Court following his arrest last year for a domestic incident with an acquaintance. An 18-year-old has been charged with forcibly raping a victim on two separate occasions in the area. State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested the teen on two counts of first-degree rape, a Class B felony. Troopers were dispatched to Route 55 in the town of LaGrange for a domestic dispute on Monday, May 20.
