Local residents charged include: Westchester County On Saturday, June 1, State Police from Somers arrested Lisa M. Canecchia, 43, of New Castle, for DWI. She was traveling on State Route 100 in Somers, when she was involved in a one-car crash. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested. 12 Westchester Residents Charged In State Police New Year's DWI Details New York State Police troopers busted two dozen local motorists over the New Year holiday weekend who were allegedly driving while impaired in the area. The local residents charged were: Westchester County On Saturday, Dec. 29, State Police troopers from Brewster arrested Gideon Taub, 28, of Dobbs Ferry, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 22 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
