Yes, Golf Course In Westchester County Can Build 105 Homes On Property, Court Rules A Westchester County country club will once again be able to pursue permits to build 105 residences on its property, thanks to a court ruling.  In a ruling from the New York State Supreme Court from Thursday, Nov. 17, it was determined that the Hampshire Country Club in Mamaroneck can resume a decade-long effort to move forward with the project after it was denied by the village's Planning Board, according to the ruling.  According to the decision, the court found that the Planning Board's denial was illegal and motivated by an already-existing desire for a negative result.  …

Nearly $400M In Residential Developments Proposed For Three Westchester Projects A trio of developments have been approved by officials in Yonkers totaling nearly $400 million. The Yonkers Industrial Development Agency (IDA) approved resolutions that will provide financial incentives for three extensive residential projects in the city that represent an investment of an estimated $391 million. It is further estimated that the projects will create 1,300 construction jobs and add nearly 1,000 residential units in Yonkers. New Starbucks Opening In Westchester Starbucks lovers will have a new place to check out in Westchester. The coffee giant has signed a 10-year-lease to open at 280 East Main Street in Elmsford.
