21-Year-Old Caught Printing Pistols In Hudson Valley, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been accused of allegedly printing ghost guns using a 3-D printer after being charged with possession of a loaded firearm.  Orange County resident Noah James McCagg, age 21, of Port Jervis, was arrested on Saturday, March 25, following a foot chase by police on Front Street by Port Jervis Police. When arrested, McCagg was in possession of a loaded 9mm pistol, said Port Jervis Police Chief William Worden.  An investigation revealed that McCagg had created the pistol inside his Prospect Street residence using a 3-D printer, Worden said. Woman Accused Of Intentionally Setting Fire To Kill Family Of Six In Hudson Valley A Hudson Valley woman has been charged with six counts of attempted murder for allegedly intentionally setting multiple fires inside an apartment house with the intent of killing the occupants. Orange County resident Dawn Hulse, age 50, of Port Jervis, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 25 for the incident which took place earlier in the morning.
