Man Faces 20 Years In Prison For Fatal Rockland Shooting, DA Says A 34-year-old man will be sentenced to 20 years in prison later this year after pleading guilty to manslaughter in the death of a Rockland County man. Jason Jabouin, of Fayetteville, North Carolina, pleaded guilty on Thursday, May 20 to manslaughter in the killing of Ryan Franklin in May 2020 in Nyack, said Rockland County District Attorney Thomas E. Walsh. According to Walsh, Jabouin shot Ryan Franklin two times in the torso (one time in the back and one time in the arm), causing his death. FBI Offers Reward In Westchester Murder Case The FBI Westchester County Safe Streets Task Force and the Yonkers Police Department are asking for the public’s help finding a man wanted for murder. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of Jerome Wilson, age 26, of Yonkers. Investigators say Wilson shot and killed Chazz Mitchell in front of 63 Oak Street on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. Wilson was last seen with dreadlocks and a goatee, said Amy J. Suspect Nabbed In Brutal Robbery Of 62-Year-Old Woman In Hudson Valley A 28-year-old man who was wanted for the brutal robbery of a 62-year-old Hudson Valley woman turned himself into police in North Carolina after a barrage of press and law enforcement officials highlighted his crime.  Derick Hinton of Poughkeepsie turned himself into Fayetteville, N.C., police on Thursday and was arrested on a warrant by the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department for the July 11 robbery, said Det.
