Westchester County Man Nabbed Impersonating Officer, Police Say A Westchester County man who was driving a 1998 Mercedes-Benz at a high rate of speed with red and blue flashing lights was arrested for allegedly impersonating police in Fairfield County. David Rozon, age 41, of White Plains, was arrested on Sunday, Sept. 26, after Wilton Police spotted the vehicle traveling northbound on Danbury Road around 6:50 p.m. Wilton officers attempted to stop Rozon who fled at a high rate of speed into the town of Redding at which time the pursuit was terminated, said Lieutenant Gregg Phillipson, of the Wilton Police.  Redding Police located and stopped…

Westchester Woman Driving Under Influence Takes Officers On Pursuit, Police Say A Westchester County woman has been arrested for allegedly taking police in Fairfield County on a pursuit after being found asleep in her vehicle. Westchester County resident Anna Marie Dietz, 53, of West Harrison, was arrested on Saturday, July 31, by Wilton Police after an officer spotted her sleeping in her BMW in the Wilton Board of Education parking lot. When Dietz awoke and saw the officer, she took off and engaged police in a brief pursuit south on Danbury Road before stopping in front of a local childcare center, said the Wilton Police.
