Iconic Longtime Bakery To Reopen After Devastating Fire In Westchester A more than 80-year-old Westchester County bakery has announced that it will be reopening following a damaging fire that forced it to close for months.  Delite Bake Shop, located in Yonkers at 773 Yonkers Ave., will reopen to customers on Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 6 a.m. and return to its normal business hours.  The reopening comes months after a fire tore through the building on Saturday, July 13 around 12:30 a.m., according to the store's owner, Eric Jeraci.  Luckily, no one was injured in the blaze, as it had happened when the bakery was closed.
