Heavy Traffic Expected Near Brick Church Road, Route 306 In Spring Valley SPRING VALLEY, N.Y. – Residents are advised that heavy traffic and possible temporary closures will take place today until 4 p.m. in the area of Brick Church Road from Ivy Lane to Route 306, according to the Rockland County Volunteer Firefighters Association. The association advises residents living in the area of State Street from Eckerson Road to Route 45, Williams Avenue, and Brick Church Road of possible traffic closures and or congestion today due to a firematic funeral. The association is anticipated that a large number of vehicles will be present in that area from 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
