FRIDAY

Hook Mountain Migration.  9 a.m.  Catch the first wave of raptor migration at Hook Mountain with Charlie Roberto. Meet at the Par three golf course parking area in Rockland Lake State Park for the 30 minute steep ascent to the top of Hook Mountain.  Free.  Teatown Lake Reservation, 1600 Spring Valley Road, Ossining. 

SATURDAY

Wilderness Survival Skills.  9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Could you survive in the wild? The first and third order of survival, how to build a shelter and create fire, will be covered by instructor Rachel Haft in this full day class. Bring lunch, water and clothes suitable for outdoor rambling. $40 for members; $50 for nonmembers.  Teatown Lake Reservation, 1600 Spring Valley Road, Ossining.  

SUNDAY

The Last Wave of Summer.  9:30 to 11 a.m.  Hike with Hillary Siener, Teatown’s Assistant Conservation Scientist, to Teatown Hill to look for migrating songbirds and raptors. Please note this program is for adults only. Programs fill quickly so registration is strongly recommended.  Free for members; $5 for nonmembers.  Teatown Lake Reservation, 1600 Spring Valley Road, Ossining.
