Picture This: Good Samaritan Discovers Lost Digital Camera In Rockland ROCKLAND COUNTY N.Y. - Police are asking the public’s help in reuniting a digital camera with its owner after it was turned over to officers by a Good Samaritan in Ramapo. The camera was found in Sloatsburg on Thursday, Sept. 21, which was turned over to members of the Ramapo Police Department. On Monday, police released two photos from the camera depicting a fisherman and his catch and a brown dog. If anyone recognizes the person, the dog or knows the camera’s owner, they have been asked to contact the police department by calling (845) 357-2400.
