Overdose Victim Found On Roadway Rescued By Wappingers Falls Police Two quick acting Wappingers Falls police officers saved the life of an opioid overdose victim by administering Narcan. The save took place around 12:24 p.m. Wednesday when officers Devin Ludwig and Mark Liebermann responded to the area of Andrews Place, a public highway located in the Village of Wappingers Falls for a report of a male down, said Lt P. Wappingers Falls Police Use Narcan To Rescue Overdose Victim A Village of Wappingers Falls man is alive thanks to quick-acting cops and the use of Narcan. The incident happened around 1:30 p.m. Thursday when Officers Devin Ludwig and Joshua Kemlage responded the Tinkleman Plaza on Route 9 for a report of an unconscious male, said Sgt. P. Capparelli.
