Dutchess Stop Leads To Felony Drug Possession Charge For 27-Year-Old A 27-year-old man has been charged with felony drug possession following a traffic stop on Route 55, according to police. New York State Police say they initiated a traffic stop in Dutchess County on a 2019 Toyota Camry for a violation on State Route 55 in the town of LaGrange on Wednesday, Sept. 11 around 1:30 a.m. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as Carlos Rodriguez Garo, 27, of Jersey City, New Jersey, was in possession of approximately 4 grams of cocaine as well as paraphernalia commonly used to divide and measure drugs, police say.
