Man Charged After Masturbating In Public Parking Lot, Authorities Say A 23-year-old Fairfield County man was arrested for masturbating in a public parking lot in Putnam County, police said.  On Thursday, Dec. 10, State Police at the Brewster barracks said they responded to reports of a man masturbating in a public parking lot on Route 22 in the town of Southeast at approximately 7:15 p.m. Maxwell D. Cleary of Bethel was charged with the misdemeanor of public lewdness.  Cleary will appear in the town of Southeast Court in December to answer his charges.

(Turn onto South Street then onto Mountainville Avenue.) The race proceeds onto Mountainville towards Long Ridge Road then onto Reservoir Road and enters into Bethel.  Runners will re-enter Danbury on Long Ridge Road to Mountainville Avenue and ends back at Roger's Park.
