Millbrook Community Day Features Parade, Hayrides, More
MILLBROOK, N.Y. -- Millbrook Community Day will return next Saturday, Sept. 10, and feature a wide variety of activities.
During the day, Millbrook businesses and restaurants will offer promotions. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Millbrook Farmers Market will be open and the high-school soccer team will host kids games on Church Street.
It will also be opening day for Town of Washington Soccer, at 9 a.m. at the town park.
Here are some of the day's other components:

Tivoli Artists Gallery Exhibit Celebrates Village
TIVOLI, N.Y. -- The Tivoli Artists Gallery will kick off its new exhibit, the second annual "Tivoli People and Place," on Friday in Tivoli.The exhibit will run through Sunday, Sept. 18, with a gallery reception on Saturday, Sept. 3, from 6 - 8 p.m. It will feature a collection of original paintings and photographs celebrating Tivoli and its people in images.
The curators for the exhibit are Dana Matthews, Pamela Tucker and Julia Aneshansley.

Dutchess County Fair Kicks Off With Third Eye Blind
DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- A number of new exhibits will be featured when the 171st Dutchess County Fair begins on Tuesday, Aug. 23, in Rhinebeck.
The fair runs through Sunday, Aug. 28, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The fair is the second largest in New York state and is the showcase for agriculture in Dutchess County, and among its features are farm animals, exhibits and horticultural displays.
