Kellie Wood, Child Care Provider In Area, Dies At 54 A longtime childcare provider from the area died Sunday, Aug. 25, at age 54. Kellie Wood died at her home in Dover Plains. Wood was a childcare provider at Astor Head Start Dutchess County Day Care for over 20 years. Born on January 20, 1965, in Pittsfield, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Richard G. and Ann Marie (Sitzman) Vickery.  She was a graduate of Dover High School class of 1983.
