Hudson Valley Man Found Dead After Disappearing A Hudson Valley man was found dead after disappearing from his campsite at the edge of the Delaware River. The incident took place in Sullivan County on Saturday, May 13, at the Ascalona Campground in Barryville.  Deputies responded to the campground on a report of a missing person, said Sullivan County Undersheriff Eric Chaboty. 35-Year-Old From Region Who Went Missing In Woods Found Dead A 35-year-old who went missing more than a week ago after last being seen getting a flat tire in the region has been found dead.  Harold Hoyt was reported missing by a friend on Friday, March 31 after his truck had a flat tire, got stuck, and then ran out of gas in Sullivan County near the Camp Turrell Boy Scout Reservation on Galligan Road in the town of Forestburgh. Excessive Speed Leads To Fatal Single-Vehicle Monticello Crash, Police Say A 22-year-old man was killed after losing control of his vehicle at a high rate of speed and hitting a group of trees and a utility pole, police said. Manuel Ibarra Vasquez, 22, of Fallsburgh, was killed around 12:32 a.m., Sunday, April 7, on Liberty Street near the intersection of Hillcrest Avenue, in the Village of Monticello, said Monticello Police Department Lt.
