Woman Celebrating Cinco De Mayo Drives Drunk Into Police Headquarters In Hudson Valley: Cops A woman who was out celebrating Cinco de Mayo drove drunk right into the parking lot of a police headquarters in a town in the Hudson Valley, according to authorities. Just before 11 p.m. on Friday, May 5 in Ulster County, the woman drove into the restricted area at Saugerties Police Headquarters, located at 4 High Street in Saugerties. Agitated Man Blocks Hudson Valley Roadway With Truck, Camper, Refuses To Move, Police Say A 53-year-old man was taken to an area hospital for a mental evaluation after he blocked an area roadway for more than 90 minutes after parking his truck and camping trailer across the road. Martin Cody, 62, of Palenville, in Greene County, was arrested in Ulster County on Friday, Nov. 20 by Saugerties Police following the crash on SR 32A, said Saugerties Police Chief Joseph Sinagra.
