The incident took place in Ulster County around 4:45 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 6 at the Mobil Station on Route 209 in the town of Wawarsing. Hudson Valley Man Found Guilty Of 5 Counts Of Child Rape A 32-year-old man from the region has been found guilty by a jury of five counts of rape and three counts of criminal sexual act. Ulster County resident Charles Burgher, of Highland, was found guilty on Thursday, Oct. 5 in Kingston. The conviction stems from events taking place between August 2022 and Nov. 2022, when Burgher was arrested after a five-and-a-half-hour standoff with law enforcement at the 9W Motel in the Town of Ulster, said the Ulster County District Attorney's Office. Ulster County resident Rosa M. Morales, of Lake Katrine, was charged on Thursday, Aug. 31 in the town of Esopus. According to Ulster County Sheriff's Sgt.
