Suspect Armed With Knife Caught After Foot Pursuit In Orange County A 21-year-old Orange County parolee took police on a wild foot chase after allegedly threatening another man with a knife during an altercation in Port Jervis. Officers from the Port Jervis Police Department were dispatched to Holbrook Street in the west end of the city at approximately 3:10 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, where there were reports of a disturbance involving a man threatening another with a weapon.
