Miami-Bound Fentanyl Dealer Nabbed In Hudson Valley, Cops Say An alleged fentanyl dealer in the region who was headed to Miami, Florida was nabbed by drug task agents before he could leave. Dutchess County resident Jose J. Cruz, age 22, of Beacon, was arrested early Monday, March 25 in Hyde Park by members of the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force. According to Det. Sgt. Adam Harris of the Task Force, Cruz had been under investigation for the sale of fentanyl and other drugs in Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, and the surrounding areas. Dutchess County resident Charles Faircloth, age 77, of the town of Poughkeepsie, was busted on Thursday, Nov. 3 by members of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force. Woman Nabbed With 'Candy-Like' Drugs At Hotel In Hudson Valley, Police Say A Hudson Valley woman was nabbed with "candy-like" methamphetamine pills and crack cocaine at an area hotel during a warrant search. Dutchess County resident Cali A. Hamilton, age 25, of the town of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 27 by members of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force at the Red Roof Inn in Poughkeepsie. According to Det. Sgt.
