Man Charged With DWI In Stony Point Had BAC Twice Legal Limit, Police Say

STONY POINT, N.Y. -- A Danbury, Conn., man was charged with driving while intoxicated in Stony Point following a traffic stop on Sunday, Aug. 7.

Jorge A. Diaz-Hernandez, 34, was arrested after it was determined he was operating his vehicle at more than twice the legal limit at 0.18 percent, according to the Stoney Point Police.

Diaz-Hernandez was processed and released. He is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 15.
