NORTH ROCKLAND, N.Y. – James Henry Ray IV, a resident of North Rockland, died Saturday, May 21. He was 24.
He was currently a student at RCC. He also was a proud veteran, who served his country in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his parents, Earl and Sharon Kellman; siblings; friends; and girlfriend Stephanie Cruz.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday and the funeral service from 7-8 p.m. at the George M. Holt Funeral Home, 50 New Main St., Haverstraw. Graveside services with military honors will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Frederick Loescher Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 220 Brick Church Road, New Hempstead.
