Suspect On Loose After Pair Of Home Burglaries In Westchester A suspect is still on the loose after police say he was involved in two burglaries in Northern Westchester. Police say they investigated reports of burglaries in New Castle on Annandale Drive and Crossways on Monday, Sept. 23 around 2 p.m. During the first incident, New Castle Police say the suspect entered through an open window after removing the screen. The suspect allegedly gained entry into the second home through an unsecured basement sliding door.
