Two Westchester Store Clerks Charged In Underage Drinking Detail A check of 15 stores in the area during an underage drinking enforcement detail has resulted in charges against two store clerks for selling alcohol to minors. State Police conducted plain-clothes checks of the retail locations in Westchester County that sell alcohol to ensure their compliance with New York State's Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Law on Friday, April 19.
