A man driving without a court-mandated interlock device for a previous DWI offense tried to pull a fast one on Westchester County Police officers with a fake ID after being stopped for blowing through a stop sign. Officers stopped Bedford Hills resident Byron Monroy-Martinez, 31, shortly after 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16 after he failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Parkview Place and Route 133 in Mount Kisco. A reported luring incident involving a student in Northern Westchester was a misunderstanding, according to officials.
