Teen Accused Of Driving 30 MPH Over Speed Limit In Westchester School Zone A teen is facing charges after he allegedly drove 30 mph over the speed limit through a school zone in Northern Westchester, according to police. Offices initiated a traffic stop after observing a vehicle speeding on Lexington Avenue on Monday, April 1 around 12:15 p.m., Yorktown Police said. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as 19-year-old Lorenzo McCoy of Peekskill, was operating the vehicle while his driving privileges had been suspended twice for failing to answer summonses, according to police.
