Officers from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations New York unit arrested 31 during a five-day enforcement surge in New York City, Long Island and the Hudson Valley.

Suspect Sentenced For Role In Shootout With Police In Westchester
A suspect with ties to Westchester and Fairfield County has been sentenced to probation for his role in a shootout with a police officer in 2017.
Jerry Reyes, 23, who lived in New Rochelle at the time of the shooting, but now resides in Greenwich, was sentenced to three years of probation after pleading guilty in Westchester County Court to criminal possession of a weapon following a shootout with Yonkers police officer Kayla Mayer.

Woman, Man Found Guilty Of Sexual Of Assault Of Teen Who Was Being Filmed
Two people have been convicted by an Orange County jury of the sexual assault and rape of a 15-year-old while filming the attack.
Franeisha Patterson, 25, of Newburgh and Cally Graham, 19, of the Bronx, were convicted Jan. 25, on multiple felony charges, in connection with the December 12, 2017, forcible rape and sexual assault of a teenage girl in a Newburgh apartment., said the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
Patterson and Graham were both convicted of rape and the criminal sexual act, both felonies, said the DA's Office.
