22-Year-Old Man Charged With Sex Abuse, Attempted Rape In Westchester: Police A 22-year-old man was taken into custody in Northern Westchester and hit with sex abuse and attempted rape charges, police said.  Bedford Hills resident Luis Encarnacion Urrutia, age 22, was arrested on Wednesday, June 28 on sex abuse charges, according to Bedford Police.  Encarnacion Urrutia was charged with the following:  First-degree attempted rape; First-degree sexual abuse. Parent Charged After Police Break Up Underage Drinking Party In Westchester A 48-year-old parent has been charged after police broke up an underage drinking party in Northern Westchester. Police received a complaint about the party at a home on Cartway Lane East in Bedford Village just before 11 p.m. Saturday, March 23. Responding officers discovered numerous youths under age 21, including an extremely intoxicated 17-year-old boy, Bedford Police said. New Rochelle Woman Nabbed For Stealing ID To Buy $4K Worth Of iPhones A 22-year-old woman was nailed for buying $4,000 in iPhones from an AT&T store using someone else's identity, said Bedford Police. Stephanie L. Zarcone of Neptune Ave. in New Rochelle was arrested Tuesday following an investigation and charged with grand larceny and identity theft in connection with the t $3,999.96 purchases of four iPhones on March 1, according to Lt. Vincent Gruppuso. Zarcone was arraigned in the Bedford Justice Court and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 25.
