Car Crashes Into Westchester Building
A motorist had to be removed from a vehicle after crashing into a storefront in Westchester on Monday morning. The incident occurred at approximately 9:15 a.m. when a sedan reportedly crashed into Broadway Medical Services on South Broadway in Yonkers. First responders were forced to extricate the driver, whose condition was not immediately available on Monday morning. The ages and hometowns have been released of the four people critically injured when a drunk driver backing out of a parking space hit two vehicles before continuing in reverse and slamming into the front of Enzo's Restaurant in the Village of Mamaroneck. Police are reporting that an 88-year-old Hudson Valley resident who was clearing snow was hit and killed by a falling tree as one of the largest storms to hit the area in years moved through the area.
