Woman Struck, Killed By Own Vehicle In Westchester
A woman was struck and killed by her own vehicle in Northern Westchester, police said. When police arrived on the scene, they found numerous people attempting to help Diana Devivo, 46, who was unconscious after being hit by her truck on Anderson Road in Katonah on Sunday, June 30 around 3:37 p.m., said the Bedford Police. Devivo was transported by the Katonah-Bedford Hills Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco, where she was pronounced dead, police said. One cadet is reported dead and 20 cadets and two soldiers are wounded following a crash of a Light Medium Tactical Vehicle crash at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. The crash, according to officials at West Point, took place around 6:45 a.m., Thursday, June 6, off Route 293 in the Camp Natural Bridge area. The injured have been transported to local hospitals. Family Displaced By North White Plains Fire
No injuries were reported when an early morning fire temporarily displaced a family in Westchester. First responders were dispatched to a North White Plains residence shortly before 3 a.m. on Friday, April 26, where there was a report of a fire in the basement of the home. Motorcyclist Rushed To Westchester Medical Center After Crash Near Market
A motorcyclist was hospitalized after crashing near a grocery store in the area on Sunday morning, April 7. The crash occurred in the area in front of Red Mills Market on Route 6N in Mahopac Falls. A Rye volunteer firefighter has been identified by police as the man who was fatally struck by a car in Port Chester last week. A 41-year-old man was killed after falling into a mixing machine at the Icco Cheese Company in Rockland County. Buses burst out in flames in a bus lot in Armonk for the second time this school year. Man Injured After Train Hits Car In Area
One person was injured after a northbound CSX train hit a car Saturday morning in West Nyack. The incident occurred around 7:30 a.m. at the Pineview Road crossing, Clarkstown Police said. The male driver of the passenger vehicle was taken to Nyack Hospital with minor injuries, police said. The investigation will continue to determine the cause of the accident, according to police.

Car Crashes Off Road In Westchester
A motorist managed to escape injuries in a single-vehicle overnight crash in which a car went off the road in Northern Westchester. It happened around 4:15 a.m. Saturday on the 60 block of Grant Street, according to the Croton-on-Hudson Fire Department. The vehicle left the roadway before coming to a stop against a tree, the department said. The driver not injured and declined medical treatment. CFD units remained on scene while a local tow truck removed the car. Croton EMS, Ossining Paramedic Unit and Croton Police also responded.
