NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Jean D. Poirier, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died June 13. She was 83.
Poirier was born Nov. 18, 1929, in NYC, to James and May (Rayner) Doria.
Poirier is survived by her husband, Joseph Poirier Jr.; children, Antoinette Poirier, Susan Martinetti, Joseph Poirier III, Barbara Poirier, James Poirier; three grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents.
Calling hours are Saturday, June 15 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Lloyd Maxcy and Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Place, New Rochelle, where a funeral service will be held Saturday, June 15 at 3 p.m. Interment will be private.
