NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Roadwork on North Avenue near the Gulf gas station directly adjacent to Fifth Avenue is detouring drivers to the left-most lane.
Two spots in the street are dug up as crews do work below the pavement. Access to Fifth Avenue is currently open to the right.
Drivers should proceed with caution when entering the left entrance of the gas station on the left side of North Avenue.
Both lanes going southbound are also open.
