NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. New Rochelle's Council on the Arts will have its "Dining for the Arts" multi-venue dinner party this year on November 12. The fundraiser merges elements of a house tour with a progressive dinner."Response to last year's event was so enthusiastic that we have reached out to even more hosts for this year," said Lynn Green, who is co-chairing the event with Theresa Kump Leghorn and Angela Derecas Taylor."But we expect a lot of demand for tickets, so people should act fast to make sure they can be seated at the dinner party of their choice," Green said.
"Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis," she said. "We have a really creative group of hosts," added Taylor.After color-themed dinner parties at private homes throughout New Rochelle, the event will conclude with dancing and dessert at the Wykagyl Country Club.Tickets are priced at $110 each (with Patron tickets at $150, Arts Lover tickets at $250 and Connoisseur tickets at $500 each); guests will be able to choose from a menu of dinner parties on a first-come, first-served basis.For more information, or to add your name to the invitation list, contact info@newrochellearts.org.
